Sharing permissions help you decide who can see your dot and how they can interact with it. Choose whether others can view or collaborate, so you stay in control while working with your team.
📝 How to Configure Share Permissions
🔘 1. Click the Share button on your dot.
⚙️ 2. Open the Share Permissions section (often labeled “Can View?” or similar).
👥 3. Choose who can access your dot under Who Can Access:
- 🌍 Anyone
- 🏢 Anyone in your domain
- 🔒 Only invited people
🛂 4. Define what they can do under What Can They Do?:
- 👀 View
- 🤝 Collab
⚙️➕ 5. Optional: open Advanced Settings, where you can enable or disable:
- 🔍 Discoverable via search
- 📋 Viewers can copy, share, and download from this file
✅ 6. Close the panel to save your preferences.
